The ‘Texas T’ Penner by Billy Cook features the ever popular “Square Skirt”,
cut smaller than the original version to eliminate interference with the movement
of the horse. The original “Cowboy look” is intact with half-breed, hand stamped,
basket tooling and stainless steel, dropped dee riging is popular among cutters
and team penners due to its extra low position that restricts saddle movement.
